Two promotional texts after 9 PM on different dates from the same sender.
"Yesterday" doesn't show the actual date. The 2:15 PM text was sent during legal hours.
Major Violation #2
If you asked them to stop and they kept texting you promotional messages, that's a violation.
You asked them to stop and they continued sending promotional messages.
No opt-out message was sent. Without proof you asked them to stop, this doesn't qualify.
